Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • The item must not show signs of use or damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

You will be eligible for free exchange or return after contacting customer service.

5. Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer bears the shipping cost.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, the store covers the shipping cost.
